Feelings are crazy things and expressing them is no easy task. This backpack will encourage kids to use their smart thinking to explore and express their feelings, all while developing a better understanding of emotions along the way.

Whatchamafeelit was created by the same classroom teachers who create learning and enrichment activities for the Andy Roddick Foundation’s nationally award-winning Summer Learning Program.
Designed for youth aged Kindergarten to 5th grade, lessons and activities have been developed using the proven SAFE framework, meaning they are sequenced, active, focused and explicit.
In addition, using the Collaborative for Academic, Social and Emotional Learning (CASEL) core competencies, children will learn about self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.
There are no right or wrong answers here, just a bunch of playful learning filled with “aha” moments. You can make every lesson your own and cherish the moments with your child. It’s a big and confusing world full of very puzzling feelings. Let’s tackle them together!
